  1. This competition runs from 3 June 2026 and closes on 17 June 2026 at 23:59.
  2. To enter, participants must complete the official competition entry form.
  3. Participants may receive extra entries by following ROI Properties on Facebook or Instagram, liking the competition post, and tagging friends in the comments. Each valid tag counts as one additional entry.
  4. The prize is a Father's Day snack hamper valued at R1,000.
  5. The hamper includes a wooden crate, Kalahari Biltong, salami sticks, braai tong, Worcester Sauce braai spice/salt, Bomb Squad Marinade, kettle-fried chips, Eet-Sum-Mor cookies, KitKat chocolates, a marinade bowl, and caramel popcorn.
  6. The prize is not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
  7. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  8. The winner will be contacted directly via social media and announced on ROI Properties' social media pages on 19 June 2026. The winner must be willing to have a photo taken during the prize handover. This photo will be shared on ROI Properties' social media pages for campaign and promotional purposes.
  9. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, ROI Properties reserves the right to select another winner.
  10. The winner must be based in Cape Town and able to collect the prize or arrange delivery with ROI Properties, depending on location and availability.
  11. By entering, participants agree that ROI Properties may contact them through Facebook Messenger or Instagram DM.
  12. Participants who opt in to marketing communication agree to receive occasional emails, updates, property news, new listings and campaign information from ROI Properties.
